MUNICIPAL SERVICES GRADUATE ENGINEER
Entry level civil engineering position to perform general civil engineering work, including drainage, roadways, water and wastewater design, under the supervision of a Professional Engineer. Work is primarily for public sector clients, but some private development work is possible.
MUNICIPAL SERVICES PROJECT ENGINEER
Project Engineer with a minimum of 3-5 years experience as a Project/Task Leader or design engineer with broad technical expertise in design and construction services performing infrastructure projects for municipal clients. Ability to lead design tasks or small projects with a strong commitment to budgets and schedules. Good team player. Affiliations with professional societies a plus. P.E. preferred but not necessary. Technical expert in one or more areas a plus. Houston area experience a plus. AutoCAD and/or MicroStation experience a plus. Limited client interaction.

PUBLIC UTILITIES PROJECT ENGINEER
Texas Professional Licensed Engineer or ability to obtain
Texas license in 12 months. 4+ years
experience in municipal water and wastewater
facilities planning and design. Will support
project manager in day to day project
production and will include supervision of
other team members. This is a great
opportunity to grow into project manager
role. Houston area experience is a plus.
STORMWATER DEPARTMENT
STORMWATER PROJECT
MANAGER
Texas Professional Licensed Engineer with a
minimum of 6 years of experience in
consulting engineering with some project
management experience. Must be experienced
in the use of the HEC models, SWMM, and
similar software. Familiarity with GIS
software desirable. Must have good oral and
written communications skills. Perform
analysis and planning of drainage and flood
control programs and projects undertaken by
municipalities and drainage
districts. Supervise a staff of up to 5
people in performing modeling, mapping,
alternatives evaluation, cost estimating,
and report writing. Represent the firm at
presentations and interviews on assigned
projects. Prepare estimates of time and
costs and prepare drafts of proposals and
contracts on assigned projects. Establish
project criteria and standards consistent
with the firm's general standards. Supervise
and control all project activities. Monitor
project progress and performance. Maintain
liaison with clients on assigned projects
and see that regular project reports are
made to clients. Handle arrangements for and
provide supervision over outside service
providers and regulatory agencies. Oversee
quality control on all assigned
projects. Participate in marketing and
public relations activities.
