SAN ANTONIO

PROJECT ENGINEER
Licensed professional engineer with 5-9 years of design experience on municipal water and wastewater utility projects. Duties include day to day project supervision on specific project tasks and reporting to the project manager. Able to supervise CADD, design and entry level engineering team members. Good knowledge of drawing layout, hydraulic design, cost estimating and specifications/project manual development. Good technical and business writing skills. Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external clients. City of San Antonio and other San Antonio area municipal experience a plus. Water distribution system modeling experience a plus.

LAND DEVELOPMENT CADD DESIGNER
Drafter with AutoCAD experience. Ability to expand construction drawing needs from sketches and limited red-lined drawings to final product. Primarily plan & profile paving/drainage/utility drawings but includes all other drawings of a typical municipal or land development plan set. Take limited direction from PE or EIT and move forward on plan sets with limited supervision and oversight.

LAND DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE ENGINEER
Support Land Development Project Engineer by providing design level services and permit approvals. Passed EIT exam and ability to obtain Texas PE license. Self motivated team player with knowledge of Houston area commercial and/or single family development. Oversee design team production issues during short term Project Engineer's absence. Work as part of team for preliminary engineering, drainage reports, construction documents, cost estimates, permitting coordination, and construction assistance (when required). Prior work with San Antonio area land development consulting firm preferred.

LAND DEVELOPMENT PROJECT ENGINEER
Texas licensed professional engineer to support Land Development Manager by providing strong design level services minor supportive project management. Self motivated team player with knowledge of San Antonio area commercial and/or single family development. Oversee design team production issues in manager’s absence. Responsible for preliminary engineering, drainage reports, construction documents, cost estimates, permitting coordination, and construction assistance (when required). Prior work with San Antonio area land development consulting firm preferred.

LAND DEVELOPMENT CADD TECHNICIAN
Must have land development experience in preparation of plans for subdivisions and site developments. Must have an understanding of the permitting process. 5 years experience with AutoCAD and 2 years experience with LDD2. Knowledge and use of MicroStation is a plus. Must be able to take survey data and produce base maps for background to plan and profile sheets using proper coordinates and drawing orientation. Must be able to show CADD proficiency at the interview.

LAND DEVELOPMENT PROJECT MANAGER
