Road and Bridge Project Manager
Texas licensed professional engineer with 6-10 years experience in transportation engineering and at least one year of project management experience needed for our Houston office. Must have a BSCE or MSCE. Experienced in working with GEOPAK and MicroStation files a plus but not a requirement. Supervise and control all project activities and monitor project progress and performance. Must have experience in preliminary engineering reports, generating proposals, managing budgets and PS&E preparation for transportation projects for various clients and governmental agencies including TxDOT, Harris County, and surrounding Counties. Arrange and conduct regular project review and reporting meetings. Oversee quality control on all assigned projects. Participate in marketing and public relations activities. Good marketing, communications and technical writing skills. Supervise from 2 to 8 people in performing transportation design of highways and roadways. Also directs 2 to 4 subconsultants performing support services such as surveying and assisting in the preparation of designs. Should be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Municipal Services Project Manager

in municipal consulting engineering. Experienced in planning, design and/or
construction administration for a wide range of municipal projects including,
water and wastewater utilities, roadways, paving, drainage, etc. Must have

Engineer
Project Engineer with a minimum of 3-5 years experience as a Project/Task
Leader or design engineer with broad technical expertise in design and
construction services performing infrastructure projects for municipal
clients. Ability to lead design tasks or small projects with a strong

professional societies a plus. P.E. preferred but not necessary. Technical

Stormwater Project Manager
Texas licensed professional engineer with a minimum of 6 years of consulting
engineering and some project management experience. Must be experienced
in the use of the HEC models, SWMM, and similar software. Familiarity
with GIS software desirable. Must have good oral and written communication
skills. Perform analysis and planning of drainage and flood control
programs and projects undertaken by municipalities and drainage districts.
Supervise a staff of up to 5 people in performing modeling, mapping,
alternatives evaluation, cost estimating and report writing. Prepare
estimates of time and costs and prepare drafts of proposals and contracts
on assigned projects. Established project criteria and standards consistent
with the firm’s general standards. Supervise and control all project
activities. Monitor project progress and performance. Maintain liaison
with clients on assigned projects and see that regular project reports
are made to clients. Handle arrangements for and provide supervision
over outside service providers and regulatory agencies. Arrange and

Aviation Project Engineer
Engineer position to develop designs for construction plans for airports
and other heavy-duty pavement projects. Must have an interest in pavement
design. Experience in the development of plans, specifications and
estimates; as well as skills for carrying out Construction Phase Services
is required. Some field work during construction will be part of the
position. Must have a good command of AutoCAD as a design tool. Must
be team oriented with good communication skills as coordination with
Project Managers and Clients is expected. Overall civil engineering
experience of 3 to 5 years required. Position ultimately to transition
