The Bluewater Highway project won the "Excellence in Construction" Award
The Bluewater Highway project won an "Excellence in Construction" award from the Association of Builders and Contractors, Houston Chapter. The submittal was made by W.T. Byler who was the contractor for the job, and Klotz Associates was the Design Engineer. The awards dinner was held on November 5. The project is now being submitted to the national awards competition, and the national awards winner will be announced sometime in December.
