The State of Texas is recognized as having the most extraordinary and diverse park facilities in the nation. Klotz Associates was given the assignment of providing civil and environmental support for enhancement of these park facilities. Our team of environmental engineers has completed successful assignments in parks that include Brazos Bend, Lake Livingston, Lake Somerville, Sea rim, Sheldon Lake, and Guadalupe River. Enhancements we have designed have included constructed wetlands, wastewater treatment plant upgrades to improve water quality in the park area, drainage improvements, and improved visitor traffic routing. All of these projects were designed with the goal of maintaining the natural beauty of each park.
