Klotz Associates completed street and storm sewer reconstruction of 1.5 miles of roadway, including a drainage report for detention facilities. The firm prepared traffic control and sequencing plans to facilitate vehicular and pedestrian traffic, a large storm sewer diversion system, signing and pavement markings for street and bikeway facilities, and sidewalks and lighting for pedestrian ways. Additionally, Klotz Associates prepared a storm water and pollution prevention plan.
The firm also applied for a US Army Corps of Engineers Section 404 permit. Klotz Associates provided drainage improvements, including alleviation of the flooding problem around several buildings and detention facilities for Wolf Pen Creek. The firm designed the reconstruction of New Main, Bizzell Loop, and Ross Street on the main campus.
