Klotz Associates provided design of civil utilities for the 900-acre University Ranch development. Design included 19,500 feet of 12- and 16-inch waterline, 14,000 feet of 8- and 10-inch sanitary sewer, 7,300 feet of sanitary force main, 300 feet of 30- and 42-inch sanitary trunk sewer, and 10,000 feet of 6-inch irrigation supply line. The firm also designed a wastewater lift station and irrigation pump station. Other services performed included preparation of drawings and specifications for bidding and construction administration.
Klotz Associates also developed plans, specifications and estimates (PS&E) for roadways for the first phase of development. The firm prepared plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E) for design and construction of the roadway infrastructure. The site included the Traditions Golf Course and Country Club, a hotel, a conference center, residential development, and several parcels of commercial development.
