Congestion Bottleneck
Klotz Associates performed various traffic congestion and traffic operations studies throughout the Houston District. Facilities included major freeways to rural roadways. Traffic / ITS / Planning professionals provided signal warrant, field investigation, and evaluation of existing conditions for several major intersections. Additionally, the firm provided cost estimates for recommended improvements as well as traffic signal warrant and stop warrant analysis and traffic data collection.

Traffic Study On-Call
Traffic / ITS / Planning engineers conducted origin and destination, parking and demand, and travel time and delay studies. They also conducted intersection and capacity analysis and speed zone surveys. Klotz Associates also performed traffic studies and conducted signal warrant studies and signal design at specified major intersections.
