Klotz Associates prepared construction plans, specifications and estimates (PS&E). Project scope included site layout, grading, drainage, and utilities to support 45-acres of concrete pavement. The project included approximately 150,000 sy of 18" Roller Compacted Concrete (RCC) pavement, 63,000 sy of 14" RCC pavement and another 11,000 sy of Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) Pavement. The project also had approximately 300,000 cy of embankment and the construction of water lines, sanitary sewer lines, a new electrical Building Substation and a new electrical Reefer Substation. |
