Klotz Associates prepared complete plans, specifications, and estimates for the extension of County Line Road from Pahmeyer Road to FM 1044. The project involved design of approximately 1,900 linear feet of a new four-lane roadway with curb and gutter and sidewalks. Specific relevant issues addressed during this project included a new 4-lane roadway on new alignment; Drainage analysis of this watershed was required and performed; Hydraulic analysis of proposed drainage easement to be granted by adjacent property owner; Use of the City of New Braunfels’ Drainage and Erosion Control Manual; Preparation of Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP); Coordination with New Braunfels Utilities and familiarity with City of New Braunfels bidding and construction documents and processes. |
